Activists have been sentenced to 60 days, three Contempt Charges for Roselle

Kanawha County Magistrate Tim Halloran JacquelineQuimby sentenced to 60 days in prison after a jury found her guilty of trespassing, conspiracy and obstruction on Thursday, April 22. This sentence istfast three times longer than the longest of the campaign so far. Dieserwurde two days after Raleigh County Circuit Court Judge Robert Burnside, Jr., found Climate Ground Zero co-founder Mike Roselle in contempt of court for violation of a Juni2009 Provisional arrangement for his role in the Februar18, Marfork Mining Office Professional Quimby and seven other blocks, a haul road for four hours ( here , here and here Quimby was a first time offender with no criminal record and keinefrüheren arrests. She took the stand to explain in their process that siehatte because of the injury, the municipalities and water entnommenin West Virginia.
